Take Me Home

27 Jul

Hopeless truant travail of a gypsy
Left behind by the marauding hordes
Holding on barely; to the fraying cords
Delirious as high as it can go, oddly feeling tipsy

I feel like a dismembered limb; not fit
As i pull a twine around myself in retrospect
I still couldn’t wrap my head around it
How can i be in and feel out? Its all a bleak prospect

Throw me into the pool of renewal
Return me to my origin
Give me life once again; call it the revival
Restore me to the place where i’ve once been

Lead me away from this ancient tomb
Please send someone to take me home
